Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at rustypliers.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges from United States Postal Service for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. A USPS Shipping Tracking Number will be sent to your email address. Please remember Rusty Pliers, Meatball, and Waffles have no control over the U.S. Mail.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
The Rusty Pliers Show LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns
Customers have up to 14 days to return an unused, not damaged book, for full refund.
eBook Purchase
If you have purchased an ebook, a separate email will be sent with a download link for the purchase.
